Welcome and thanks for visiting our store, 1 Fine Treasure. My name is Carol and I go to numerous country estate auctions frequently during the summer months. I have been known to go to 2 or more auctions in the same day and I have collected quite a large variety of vintage, collectibles and even antique treasures.
I live on a small farm on the border of Illinois and Indiana with my husband (Walt), 1 grandkid, 2 dogs & various other wildlife.
My dog, Sadie, is a Yorkie and she loves to save me from our ferocious deer and pesky squirrels. Tex full name Texarkana Kitty Slater, is our dachshund and she helps protect us sometimes but usually can be found sunning herself on the porch or begging for food. She actually came from Texas and she really is my cow dog Tex.
